Boxer

INDOOR MOBILE ROBOT

Boxer is a large indoor robotic platform for prototyping and development of industrial applications. Adapted from the OTTO Motors OTTO 100 autonomous mobile robot (AMR), Boxer is an industrial-grade mobile robot that’s programmable and easily extensible with additional hardware.

Features

RUGGED & RELIABLE

Boxer’s sturdy all-metal chassis guarantees reliability in all indoor environments. Its rugged, industrial-grade build provides a 100kg (220 lbs) payload capacity, allowing it to move heavy payloads with ease.

FULLY EXTENSIBLE

As with all Clearpath robots, Boxer is plug-and-play compatible with third-party sensors and components, and can be customized to suit a wide variety of applications. Integrating sensors and components is made easy with a flexible mounting system, accessible on-board power and reconfigurable I/O. Prototyping an industrial or commercial mobile robot has never been easier.

ROS-READY

Programming complex applications is simple with the open-source Robot Operating System (ROS), and support for Gazebo Physics Simulator, URDF, RViz and MoveIT! Motion planner.

SENSOR PACKED

Boxer is equipped with a variety of sensors allowing you to get started quickly with your research and development. Integrated sensors include a front-facing stereo camera and LiDAR, rear ultra-sonic sensors, IMU and wheel encoders, all of which are available through ROS.
